Frito Casserole

Okay, so Frito Casserole is nummy and way easy. It is brought to you by Jeremy's mom. We always make it whenever frito's are on sale. Mainly because they are not a cheap chip, and we are a cheap family around here.

Frito Casserole:
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 onion (browned with burger)
1 can corn
2 cans tomato soup
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 t. chili powder
cheese
frito's

Mix all but cheese and frito's into a 9x9 pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Pull out of oven and pour frito's over top and cover that with cheese. Place back into 400 degree oven and bake till cheese is melted. It is good with a salad, and also sour cream.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY ALL YOU ALL!!!!

Oh- one other thing, anyone want our Holstein (yeah, I'm not sure how to spell it, and the spell-checker isn't much help) car? We're selling it spots and all...ha ha. Don't you love it? It has been a Howard staple since Jeremy and I met 11 years ago. I'm not sure I can part with it, but I think the time has come. So for anyone else with fond memories of it, say your good-by's now. Hopefully it won't be with us for too much longer.
