Do you see all this beautiful hair? What kind of four year old has hair like that? Or one that really likes it to be "made pretty?"
So, I did something bad today. I allowed my 4 year old to FINALLY convince me to do something that she has been asking me to do for 3 weeks. I gave into peer pressure. I succumbed. I kinda feel sick to my stomach.
Are you ready to see what I did?
Um, yeah. Do you want some more proof? It's kinda like a train wreck. You just can't look away...
If it's any consolation to anyone, she absolutely adores it, and can't quit thanking me over and over again for FINALLY cutting it, and she keeps talking about it. I just might go be sick now.
Buh- bye.

i LOVE it! i mourn the loss of the locks, but it looks fantastic and it's so much more realistic for a little girl. you may have just inspired me, as i am tired of wrestling with noe's unruly mane every morning.
You are brave. My children's hair was never that beautiful and I cried the day I had their cut short like that. And just so you know, she looks beautiful both ways.
First, she is adorable either way. Second, you are one of those long hair longers. Whenever I cut my hair off, I always get moans and groans from every friend I have with short hair. I think it's funny. My sister just did the same thing and got tired of it and told someone to go and grow out her own darn hair. Okay, she didn't, but she really wanted to. :) It will grow back out. Don't worry. And really, it isn't THAT short.
Me eldest loved when I cut her beautful hair short. Actually I only wanted a trim with a few layers and the lady at WalMart butchered her hair. It looks cute.
