But hey, my marathon is done!! And yes, this is what my feet looked like after I was finished. Quite disgusting, if I do say so myself. Are you hungry for dinner now? Yes, that's what I thought.
This is my backside after I passed everyone. Right before I crossed the finish line. I have never been so happy to see a finish line. This marathon kicked my heinie. As you can see, my toes didn't exactly enjoy it. After about mile 17, every step I took felt like my toe-nail was being ripped off. It was awesome. Or not. It was a hard marathon.
I didn't beat my time from the last one, and I was disappointed. The time for my last marathon was 4:23, and the time for this one was 4:37. It was hot, and I ran out of water, and I was nauseous. But those are just excuses. I wish I would have beat my time, but oh well. I finished, and that's what is really important.
After the marathon, we ran out on the boat for an hour or so, because the kids REALLY wanted to. It was fun. They had a good time, obviously.
Oh what joys. Happy girls. It was cold, but it was still fun. So, there's the marathon results. OH- and yeah, they had chocolate milk at the finish line. And yes, I had my share, and your share too. It was delicious!!!!!!

I agree with the gross feet, did you have to post it? I hope they feel better now cuz I keep trying to make you run on them. :)
